Deleting Pages! Options

I have been through the list of all the pages on the Wiki. I have looked at the titles that stood out as probably produced by spambots or human spammers. When I looked at the pages I chose the Delete option. When I do that, the software looks at the code of the page and comes up with a message about the possible deletion. If the message showed that a common spamming method applied to the page I deleted the page.

It was a tedious job but was quite quick to complete.

There was at least one such page that refused to be deleted. I think this is because it had a Redirect to another spam page that I had already shredded.

There are some pages which seem to be of very little value and some that are very short. (Sometimes both). If you discover any pages that you think might need deleting please post the details in this thread. I'll take a look as soon as I can and delete or move the content, whichever is the appropriate thing to do.

Of course it is possible that deletions might be made by mistake. If you find a missing page that you think should not have been deleted please let me know the details here. Recovery is possible.
