i have seen the mid range model show up for 399.99 at places
that is the 4GB flash 512MB ram version
the low end is suppose to be even cheaper with 256MB ram and 2GB flash
specs on the 399.99 dollar one from http://www.directron.com/asuseeepc4g.html
