I am about to buy the SL-C1000 off ebay tomorrow and it says it comes with:
Sharp Zaurus SL-C1000 - converted to English UK AC Adapter USB cable for connecting to your PC Lithium ion battery Comprehensive user guide Original Japanese CDs I live in the United States. The UK plugs are different then the US plugs right? (or am i mistaken). So that means I won't be able to charge my C1000 or can I use my USB Cable to charge it when it's connected to my PC? Thanks in advanced UK plugs are different. But, at least my 3100 (and my old 5500) have chargers that can take 110-220V 50-60Hz current and deal with it. All you would need is a plug converter to use it in the US. But the usb port will not charge the Z over the usb cable. Why not, I can't answer, but (again, on my 3100) it does not charge the machine. |
