Hi all,
Any recommendations for a light and good PIM for cacko on c1000? In particular, organiser / calendar functionalities. I got kopi installed ... but find it too heavy and complex for my usage. Ideas? |

This one is fantastic: http://homepage2.nifty.com/ishihata/yoteihyouforsl-cxxx.htm
It seems to be the choice PIM app for Sharp ROM in the Japanese Z community. I've tried it before. It's very fast and well-integrated (calendar, addressm, todo ... just like on a Palm) The interface seems to be in japanese only. But maybe there is a way to get it working in English. Or perhaps contact the author (if s/he is still reachable) to work out the translation? |

Ideas? For basic pim stuff I thought the stuff that came with sharprom was pretty quick simple and effective...maybe you have an additional requirement I missed? |

Ideas? For basic pim stuff I thought the stuff that came with sharprom was pretty quick simple and effective...maybe you have an additional requirement I missed? I'm using cacko ... and ever since then, been using kopi & kapi ... but of late, I begin to find myself using my phone for organiser/calendar/contacts more than my z. Despite lacking a proper qwerty keyboard, the interface on my nokia phone makes entry into the calendar a walk in the park. Add to that the speedy response and easy sync up with outlook, suddenly I realise that in spite of the plethora of features in kopi, or maybe because of it, and consequently the sluggishness, I start to shun it (kopi) in favor of my phone. Hence my plea for help. |

The english version (0.8.10 and not 1.1.0) is here: http://ichitokumei.hp.infoseek.co.jp/qualendar/index_en.html No, this is a different but very simialr program called "Qualendar". Like the other one it also uses the Sharp PIM databases, but it only integrates Calendar and Todo without Addressbook. |
