Hi all,
I think I should write some lines about the status of the project from my observations. If I am wrong, please add... 1. Freerunners are now available in Europe and USA 2. There are several resellers in Europe and Asia 3. Most were already sold out after approx. 3 days 4. New shipments are announced between mid and end of July 5. There are two different versions of the Freerunner: 850/1800/1900 MHz (US) and 900/1800/1900 (Europe, Asia) 6. Software that is shipped is simple, but works. Allows to make and receive phone calls, address book, terminal 7. There are several projects working towards stable operating systems: ASU, FSO (someone should please explain for the average user and post some links) -- hns |
