Ipkg Install Problem, unexpeted end of file Options

Hi,

I read a lot about this error while installing an ipk :

ERROR zcat, and so on,

unexpected end of file,

while unpacking control.tar.gz for example.

This could be due to bad permissions set to the files inside the package, to corrupted package, to an old installer. Someone told to read the faq, but else than read it from begin to end, there is no obvious answer; what is the definitive answer to this ? i tried to change the permissions for the files inside the archive, no joy.

hm... since i zipped the tar (ipk wich wasn't zipped), it installed...
