That is my intention, which I want to do a secure purchase through PayPal. It has taken 4 years to clean up my reputation, which was a lot of hard work.

A good way to clean things up would be; pay in advance, letting the seller/shipper hold physical shipment until payment funds have cleared (and the same for trades).

I agree, that is why I have set aside funds on my paypal account for that, that is always a good practice anyway. |
