 problems syncing email with outlook, xp and Sl-6000 |

I got the sl-6000 last night and am still having problems connecting my mail. It syncs everything else from outlook, but as it syncs "other application data" I get a message "unable to read application data" and the syncing stops. I did not have this problem with the 5600 on a win 98 box, but now use Win XP. Is this a problem with Win XP. Thanks |

I had to turn off my anti virus software to get it to sync the first time. After that it syncs just fine with it on now.

:wink: Thanks for the suggestion. I turned off everything and even reloaded the software. Unfortunately I'm still unable to sync any email. Any additional suggestions would really be appreciated. Does anyone else have problems with XP and syncing email?
