They are there, buried in the downloads section. I uploaded just the drivers in their own zip file and offroadgeek said they were uploaded but in the drivers section of the downloads.

they are not really buried there... You can find them in ZUG Downloads -> Packages -> Drivers -> Windows USB Drivers for SL-C7x0/8x0
