I have problem connecting to my brand new 860 using USB, I'm running fedore core. I have read several howtos etc and my current status is that I can ping the zaurus but I get connection refused on 4242 etc. Tcpdump shows that the zauris indeed is replying to the connections attempts so there is something going on. Connecting from the Zaurus to the desktop (using the browser) is futile and tcpdump catches no packets at all.

Is there some magic? Do I need to enable to ftp on the zaurus or something?

Have anyone seen this .. or better yet, solvet it?

Thanks ...
