The Z bluetooth module is recognized by my bluetooth mac, there is no way to transfer stuff. needs some software...

You should be able to use a Bluetooth connection just like a WiFi connection and I have seen reports of people syncing their Zaurus with their Mac over WiFi. Google may well turn up some results for syncing with MacOS over WiFi. It also will depend on what ROM you are using on your Zaurus.
