Ive installed mysql, but mysqlstart fails to load... has anyone got mysql working? |

WOW!
I DID IT!!!! AFTER READING several posts, I thought, instead of waisting time SEARCHING for the answer, why not muck around abit! and boom! I chmod 777 /tmp/ and now mysqlstart works!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoooohoo! Lessons learned, and advice offered: don't give up, all you hardcore linux zaurus newbies! try mucking around abit! cheers |
