Usb Ethernet Device

I'm thinking about buying a USB-Ethernet device to connect my Z C3000 to the wired network in my office.

I found the Dlink DUB-E100 and the Linksys USB200M that work with usbnet driver. My humble is about the fact that the DUB-E100 is connected with a cable to USB and the USB200M is otherside like a usb pen.

Which do you think is the better solution? I think that the Dlink solution is bigger and uglyer but should be much more resistent than the "all-in-one" solution of the Lynksys one. What do you think?

Quale Batteria?

La batteria del mio C3000 credo che oramai sia a terra, vorrei comprarne una di ricambio ma quale?

La batteria originale è la EA-BL11 1800mAh 3.7V

Su internet ho notato che la vendono solo all'estero e costa qualcosa tipo 80-90€.

Su ebay ho letto che vendono come compatibile la EA-BL08 che è da 1700mAh 3.7V a poco più di 10 €

A parte che la spediscono da HonkHong, il fatto che sia 100mAh inferiore è significativo sulla durata di tale batteria?

Root Or Unprivileged User?

Hi to all! I have a C3000 from 2 days, when I opened for the first time the sistem (pdaxii13) log-in without any password with the user ROOT.

As for the other linux system is usefull in zaurus have another account rather than root?

Ciao a tutti! mi è da poco arrivato dagli US il C3000 e sopra c'è installato pdaxii13.
Ho notato che all'avvio non mi chiede alcuna password e utilizza automaticamente l'utente root.

Come su tutti i sistemi linux è necessario e buona norma utilizzare un utente diverso anche sullo zaurus?

Devo installare/configurare un login manager per X ??
