The original qpeGPS was designed for the map scale of web sites like MapBlast and Vicinity. Since sites that use this scaling have either disappeared or made it nearly impossible to produce maps using latitude and longitude, we qpeGPS users must find sites wherever we can. When a site is found, it probably will have its own scaling factor.

I've made a change to qpeGPS that allows for the entry of a ratio of the two scales in the map download configuration file. The scale with which most qpeGPS users are familiar can be used on the "download" screen, therefore allowing the download of a map directly into qpeGPS. This eliminates the need for external code to download and convert a map.

This code makes the existing configuration file incompatible with previous versions or the code, however...
