Hi guys, long time no See!

So, I'm trying to get wireless set up at my house, and I have been looking for a wireless card for my Zaurus.
I checked the Sharp page listing compatible cards, here, and the only ones on the list I can find on Japanese sites are the Planex GW-CF11H and GW-CF11X. Does anyone know about these cards? Are they actually compatible out of the box, and do they give good performance?

I'm running Sharp Rom with the English mod posted around here somewhere...

If anyone has adive about other cards, I'm all ears. I want as little futzing around with configuration as possible...Plug-and-play is the watchword.
Are there any USB wi-fi adapters that work? Or any other solution?

Thanks,
Jim

Hi there. I'm trying to make a dictionary for bedic and I'm having some trouble getting the syntax right.
The links to bedic-format.txt and the example dictionary from the zbedic homepage aren't working; apparently the cvs.sourceforge.net domain is now gone, and those files are nowhere to be found. I've tried searching this forum and some examples came up, but not really in-depth. Would anyone have those files, or know where they are still available?

Also, once a dictionary is formatted into the dic.dz file, is there anyway to open it up and look at the actual construction of it?

Thanks for any help.

I just acquired a copy of Eijiro, which is pretty much the definitive English-Japanese-English dictionary. The problem is, the files are in PDICT (.DIC extension, with massive text files included) format, and I don't know how to view them on the Zaurus.
Is there a PDICT viewer available?
Or, more betterer, is there a way to convert them to a format compatible with the preinstalled Zdict or ZBEDic? (I think the Zdict format is PWING, right?)
If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
Thanks!

Hi all. I'm running a C3200 with the Sharprom.
I've been trying to get Crimson fields up and running, but I can't seem to get the dependencies straight.
I've been unable to find a solid list anywhere...and I have about a million SDL lib versions and I'm getting a bit wonky.
Is it possible to get this running with libs compatible with Cresho's NES/SNES/Turbografx16 emulator package?
i also have found reference to SDL-net, but I can't find a viable copy on any feed.
Any Help?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi there.
I'm trying to get Frotz running on my C3200 (Running SharpROM w/ English conversion), and I'm having some trouble, basically because I'm not sure of the file-tree on Linux/the Zaurus.
I can run frotz through the terminal, but I don't know how to load any games because I don't know where the program is looking. Basically, how can I tell the terminal to load from the SD Card? Or, conversely, where should I drop the game file so that Frotz can find it?

Also, using QKonsole, can I rotate orientation? The rotate option is not available under the menu, and any keyboard commands are translated into input. SHould I use another terminal program?
Thanks!
Jim
