Sparklan wireless CF

Hi, i found this wireless card as very cheap (55,4 euros vat included)

Does anybody know which kind of card it is? Chipset? Rebranded?

I would like to be sure before i buy

Screen rotation applet

Here is a simple screen rotation app, it won't work if you use matchbox, but only with Xfce.

Invoke it with /usr/local/bin/rotation

To use it under matchbox you need to comment the lines

<keybind key="Sys_Req">
<action name="Execute"><execute>chkhinge</execute></action>
</keybind>

using <!--- and -->

in /etc/xdg/openbox/rc.xml.

Note that this will disable auto-rotation, but will let you choose 4 different rotation options.

Also please disable the rotation bash script i described in the xfce4 post.

If someone is interested i'll manage to make a "dockable" version of this which also support autorotation and preferences.

DLINK DCF-660W problems

From the upgrade to the new rom version, I've some weird problems with this card. Many times when inserted it's seen as an Anonymous Memory card and cardctl ident shows no information, while cardmgr says
"get dev info on socket 0 failed: Resource temporarily unavailable".

Other times, while recognized, the card stops working after few minutes, with TX errors in dmesg.

Now another one, the card is recognized but dmesg says

orinoco_cs:GetNextTuple() no matching CIS configuration, maybe you need the ignore_cis_vcc=1 parameter.

Where should i put this?

Any help really appreciated..

xfce4 4.0.4 for pdaxrom

Fresh xfce4 ipks on http://151.1.32.173/~fiore/pdaxrom/

Just install and startxfce4 instead of startx.
