Howdy,
Seems like my install CD is corrupt somehow; I can't get the software to install on my thinkpad T40 running XP, it fails when extracting the "Readme" file; what a shame  I went to the sharp website but apparently the software proposed for the 6000: http://www.sharpusa.com/products/TypeSoftw...086,112,00.html links to: http://www.sharpusa.com/files/hpc_soft_installcd.exe which is the install CD of the 5500.... Does anybody know where to get the 6000 install CD or is kind enough to zip it up and post it somewhere ? muchos gracias ! p

Howdy,
Using the sharp ROM, i tried to look for a way to have the Zaurus (6000L in my case) play some kind of sound when the battery gets too low but couldn't find anything. It seems like all the power settings are set using a tool called "light-and-power". I see that apmd is there but no apmd.conf anywhere. Anybody tried anything like this before i dive a bit deeper ?
