Hi, I have a problem with my zsl 6k not booting up. The 1/0 button does not seem to work ( it is as if the spring behind the button does not function) . I have tried a hard reboot but that does not help (if the spring has gone it would not, would it). There seems to be power in the battery. I have tried D+B, but no soap. I hope this is not a brick now!
Has anyone opened up a ZSL 6K? Quite unhappy! Cheers, lek

Hi, does anyone know if there is an implementation of IPv6 for the Zaurus SL-6000?

Hi, sorry if this is rather a basic question. I have recently had a problem getting the
"Add/Remove" software on my Z6KL to see the new software I have loaded for installation. Has anyone else had this problem? I still have enough internal memory. I would like to find out how to load the .ipk files from console. Is there software about for the Z6KL that will do it? Cheers, lek

Hi, I have a Zaurus SL-6000W, and the other day, while setting up a network connection useing a socket CF NIC card my screen froze and stopped responding to the stylus. I can still use the keyboard to navigate about, but it is a real pain. Has anyone had a problem like this before? I have rebooted the Zaurus, but no luck.
Help would be greatly apprecated. I have RTFM but it was of no help! Cheers, lek |
