Hi all,
I've got a problem with an old computer with a ECS K7VZA motherboard. Yesterday I tried to upgrade it with a new RAM 64Mb module and after installing it, the computer won't boot, the display is black, but fan nad HD are on. I uninstalled the new module to have the original setup, but the same problem. I've read the manual, and there is a LED on the motherboard that indicates that the mempry cannot be installed/uninstalled if it is ON. And i think that the first time I plugged the new module, it was on. The computer was stopped, but the led is on if the tower is pluged to AC. Any ideas what can i do now? I broke my motherboard? thanks in advance. |
