Hello all! I have finally put my Zauri up on eBay after many months of storage (I simply do not have the time to work with them anymore) The wireless cards will follow over the weekend. Each of these items are selling separately, and will end on Sunday the 22nd. These auctions are open to US, Canada and UK residents with a PayPal account.

I wrote up lengthy item descriptions for those who are not familiar with the Zaurus. If anyone spots any inaccuracies or glaring omissions, please bring it to my attention. It would be much appreciated biggrin.gif

Bidding starts at 1 with a low reserve. Also, there is now a Buy-It-Now option.
Listing:
C760
C3000

I have finally managed to get an acceptable price for this card on eBay, considering that it is unknown to work with any Z distro at the moment. However, as per the OZ 3.5.4 release notes:

some 802.11g CF cards probably work now

I can provide OpenZaurus image + kernel with kernel modules which should work with Agere powered wifi cards. I'm curious will they work or not.

I am hopeful biggrin.gif
Could someone please confirm that the OZ image+kernel that HRW is refering to is OZ 3.5.4? Will I need any additional modules or utilities not contained in stock OZ?

Sorry if I am posting this despite any recent developments. Searching for WiFi related items is always a pain as the model number is not always used in reference, and there are so many different terms in use: WiFi, 802.11b, 802.11g, Wireless-B, Wireless-G, "Wireless", WLAN, ect. blink.gif wacko.gif

Anyhow, the card will be picked up tomorrow. Expect a report that evening.

I would be eternally grateful if someone could help in getting an IOGEAR GBU211 USB Bluetooth dongle recognized and configured for the Opie Bluetooth Manager (in 3.5.4). So far I have managed to install the proper packages from asm-nai's feed for USB host, but am not sure what else is needed to set up the bluetooth adapter. The dongle has a blue light which turns on when plugged in, so I know it is getting power; dmesg then shows "a new full speed USB device using pxa27x-ohci and address 2"

Based on this document, the GBU211 should be supported under BlueZ (all the IOGEAR adapters use the same Broadcom chipset)

I know they recently moved to a new host, but that was more than a week ago. Anyone know what's up?

The CXK specific ReleaseNotes say that "USB not completely working yet". What exactly does this mean? Is it just buggy, or incomplete? Is hotplug functioning, or will I have to manually initialize USB devices?
There are many USB-related packages in the Spitz and Akita feeds, all of which I have installed. Yet neither the mouse, keyboard, USB card readers or Bluetooth dongle will work. The lights on the mouse and card readers do not even come on.
What modules need to be loaded for USB support? The only USB-related modules active on my C3000 are usbcore and usbdcore, and these seem to be for Zaurus-as-device functionality.
