Has anyone had any luck configuring the buttons (calendar, contacts, home, menu, mail, etc) on the Zaurus under OZ 3.5.3/GPE? I've tried playing around with kbdconfig and keylaunch (as well as the button configuration thing in GPE's setup), but haven't had any luck getting them to do anything other than their default actions.
Any hints on things to play with? Anyone got it working?

Hi all,
I just got an SL-5500 and have flashed it over to OZ 3.5.3/GPE. I decided I would try to setup the USB networking as described on the OZ homepage, but when I plug it into the computer, it doesn't recognize it. lsusb doesn't see it and dmesg has a bunch of error messages: CODE ohci_hcd 0000:00:02.0: wakeup usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 14 usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110 usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110 usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 15 usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110 usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110 I've tried rebooting, loading and unloading various USB modules as suggested on other websites, etc, but can't get the computer to recognize the Zaurus. Anyone have a potential solution? Edit: I should probably specify that I'm using Ubuntu 5.04 (Hoary), which has kernel 2.6.10. |
