For no apparent reason my wireless card seems to have ceased to function as it should.

It has been working for 8 months and I have not changed any configuration files on the Z, nor any aspects of the network.

Basically, when I plug it in now the light goes green instantly, but there is no eth0 or wlan0 device available. I have tried reconfiguring the card, but no joy... sad.gif

I am using the Sharp ROM (not the latest 'US only' one, but the one prior to that).

Any ideas where to go to next?

Is there a maximum size of SD memory card supported by the SL-5500?

I am thinking of getting the following:

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/in...oduct_uid=44204

(a Viking 256Mb card) and wondered if anyone had any thoughts on that?

Hi folks!

Having tried to install wellenreiter and its dependencies (and failed I might add), I now find that I am prompted to install them whenever I try to upgrade or install using ipkg from the command line.

Can anyone point me to the place where these files are referenced? I've tried the obvious but all to no avail. I even removed the appropriate file in /usr/lib/ipkg/lists that references the site they are avaiable from, but it still prompts me every time.

Cheers,

Sean
