to start, i'm really liking pdaxii3. I just have a few questions about some things that didn't happen for me according to the install guide at tyranozaurus.
first, I installed the akita version to my NAND (changed from 64MB to 121MB), and everything is great. when booting it does say 'module dependency [failed]' but everything seems to be working. so i turned it all off, went back to the menu and partitioned and formatted the microdrive (using the generic pdaxii3 one, option 1 I believe, no custom partitioning), extracted the full image to it, and rebooted. i was asked to use the second partition as swap and the third as data as I expected. I was not asked to copy anything like the guide says. do I need to just do this part manually? i'm not entirely sure about using bind on the /usr directory either. partition one (hdc1) automounts as /mnt/ide using about 141MBand three (hdc3) automounts as /data, like I expected. That's about all the issues I have. Thanks.

I've never done business with ewiz.com and I have never heard of "Super Talent" products. I will see what I can dig up, and others, by all means go for it I did find both good and bad reviews of ewiz.com, though, from epinions: http://www.epinions.com/pr-Online_Stores_Services-eWiz_com 3.5 out of 5 Super Talent's website does have a card they call the 'super digital' that is they clai is an SD w/ out the DRM stuff Anyway, have to run, but thought I would throw this out there just in case. Maybe somebody here knows something more. **edit** now the price is under $340

I know I am not the first to use a Nintendo DS case, but I don't recall ever seeing any mention of a model number anyone may have used.
Here is the one I use: NDS14- They have red, black (I wanted, sigh) They have red, black (which I wanted Here is the inside: ![]() The game slots are not big enough for CF cards unfortunately, so it isn't 'perfect' but you can put SD cards there. Of course, with some scissors, thread, and needle one could remedy this It has a space behind thse slots where I can put my car charger, remote, and/or AC charger. My SL-C3100 fits snugly and securely in the elastic strap, and there is room to leave a Wifi or Bluetooth card that sticks out in the unit while in the case. Oh, I lied, I just stuffed a type-I CF card into one of the game pockets, but I will say that it is a very tight fit, and you risk damage to the pocket and I doubt you can put another CF card on either side of it. I paid something like $8 or so plus tax at Wal-Mart. Sure, it isn't sleek, executive leather, but it gets the job done and is reasonably small in size Mine is black:

Maybe some of you have seen this, but a buddy sent this to me. I'm not sure where he got it from, but it looks pretty neat.
Though I wish the motions were a bit smoother (notice the rebound bounciness, especially when it first starts popping apart) http://38.113.150.91/0354963621215092/2006...9e6540404b.mpeg |
