Hello,

when you find an Access point With Wellenreiter, and you put the stylus on the screen you have the " join managed net 'AP name' ". Do you know what does it mean? when i click on it nothing really happens. dry.gif

It sends a qcop call to opie-networksetting and informs it about the parameter. You probably don't have opie-networksetting installed - in that case it does nothing.

"Managed" in wireless means there's a list of mac addresses that can connect, if you're not on the list you can't connect. Does it change the mac as well?
