Why is it so hard to find the Zaurus SL-A300 English or not? Any suggestions on where to obtain it?

There was one in Poland some time ago but I had not enough cash to get it ;(
it was ~100 EUR.

1) there was very few of them manufactured.
2) only sold in Japanese market.
