Hi,
The three terminals on the Lithium Ion battery are positive, ground and a thermal sensor? Can someone please shed light on this for me? Is the thermal sensor just a thermistor connected between that pin and ground internally in the battery?

the extra terminal IS the thermistor connector. I tried to get to the message where I attached the diagram for the pack but keep getting
