Well, I would assume it uses the standard bluetooth HID protocols which are used by "normal" bluetooth keyoards.
So if they work, this one should work, too.
Do they work?
I have seen some sites which state this device (or one extremely similar has integrated support for USB Serial PC connectivity.http://www.palmzone.net/article.php?sid=211
I don’t know yet if this is true for the model on ThinkGeek. If it does have USB support and it is recognized like a normal USB keyboard then there’s a solution unless you just HAVE to use Bluetooth. (Though wouldn’t that take the CF slot or is there an SD solution for that?)
I assume by now someone has worked out at least standard Bluetooth protocols and applications for the Zaurus? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
There’s another solution and it costs a LOT less, though it does appear significantly less elegant and has a bigger footprint. Though it is a USB device so I would think it would work. Here’s the link:http://www.virtualdevices.net/
I’m looking at both these devices and await a response to my questions to see if I’ll be trying one out.
Has anyone successfully had the Bluetooth version working?
