Yep, had no problems. My order arrived in separate envelopes (protectors, everything-else), so don't freak if only half a compound order arrives on a particular day.

Yes, lots of times over many years, last time a few weeks ago.

Always prompt service except on 1 occasion when they did not have stock of a C760 battery so took a couple of weeks to arrive.

Items are usually marked sample, never had to pay VAT/Duties.

btw they are cool, first time I burned my charging circuitry they repaired it for free (just had to send it back to them ...)

yes, I've bought stuff from them and they are quite helpful.

brando get very good write-ups, I don't think I've ever heard a complaint.

go via PDA247 (aka http://www.clieuk.co.uk/moremob.shtml ) and you can sometimes get a discount.

And their Ultra Clear screen protectors are the best I've used, on various Palms as well as my 3100. Warmly recommended.
