I want to report bugs with two packages in gpe (sylpheed and snes9x), but I can't find them in the "products" list that it asks you to choose from. Do you just pick a general category that sort-of fits? That's what I'm doing now.

Just pick a general category and make a note in the bugreport about the missing product. The most important thing is that the bug gets reported.
