Sorry, I have revised and my USB Ether is not same chipset ....

I think u need ask Sash, if module for it has been added to r121 kernel... because there are davicom supports at kernel 2.6 ....

Hi, i managed to compile the driver so i have ST268.o. However, when i type:
insmod ST268.o, there is error:

ST268: couldn't find the kernel version the module was compiled for.

I got linux source from http://mail.pdaxrom.org/download/1.1.0beta...rom1_01.tar.bz2
because im using beta3 version. Is it correct? Because i cannot find linux-2.4.20 in the website.

I don't have a lan adapter myself, but maybe this thread will help? http://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=16259&hl=usb
