found it on one of my backup CD's, unfortunately in the somewhat unfamiliar but strongly compressed LuraWave-Document format (.ldf, ~1.3MB). On a pc with M$-Win you can view/convert/print these files with the Irfanview software, which you can easily download from the web. A prg for Linux is not known to me, presently. I can send it by PM - OK?
