Is it possible to rotate the fb console? I just compiled w3m with graphics, but they're rotated in the console.

I dont believe so... with out making a kernel change... which would be permanent...

Check the application and see if you can compile it rotated.

I thought the kernel had an option to "enable fb rotation" or the like? If I recompiled my kernel, could I do it? I'm afraid text would be rotated incorrectly, worsening the issue.

The problem with compiling it rotated (if possible) is that it would be wrong in a terminal outside of X.
