QUOTE
I am using the C860 with the pdaxrom. I am teaching computational linguistics with OCaML,
and I would ideally like to have OCaML on my zaurus. I have unsucessfully tried to crosscompile
it for the zaurus, but I am no expert. I'd rather spend the time teaching.
I would appreciate any help in this regard. Perhaps someone has the time to prepare something easy to install.

I am also no expert, but there appears to be a debian package for ARM target, of OCaml v3.04 and 3.07.
the 3.07 build won't run; it was needs glibc 2.3 (pdaXrom is 2.2.5) but 3.0.4 appears to work. I don't use OCaml so I can't verify that it's doing everything it should. I've repacked the DEB archives into IPK, and put them on:
http://privyet.da.ru/zaurus/ipk/
I'll see if Absentia can put them in his feeds archive on spy.org
if you're still interested, I can try a native compile for 3.07 when I get the SDK up and running here.
