Sticky keys, like on Psions, would be really useful to save needing simultaneous key presses for Caps and Alt.

The keyhelper applet can give you a sticky Shift key. The FN key should be sticky by default on all Qtopia based ROMs.

AKAIK keyhelper lets all the mod keys (shift, ctrl, alt, fn) be sticky.
