You may never need it, but when you do, you could spend hours trying to track it down.

So it seems appropriate for our deal forum to have this little treasure of information when Amazon's (admittedlY GREAT) email support is too slow or (in rare cases) not helpful.

(oh yeah, I HAD to enter a message or it would not post....hence the change o heart).

I think many companies try to hide their phone numbers as much as possible because it is cheaper to handle sales and tech support over the web.

Has anyone ever actually been able to order from this number? Or is it strictly for support?
