Bluetooth CF cards for the Zaurus

I am currently building up a list of working Bluetooth CF cards for the Zaurus. Feel free to add any findings of your own.

Below is a link to a list of cards that are supposed to work with the BlueZ drivers:
http://www.holtmann.org/linux/bluetooth/devices.html

Below is a list to a list of cards that are supposed to work with the Affix drivers: http://affix.sourceforge.net/hardware.shtml

However, not all seem to work on the Zaurus for various reasons. So below is a table of cards and whether they work or not on the Zaurus, sorted alphabetically by manufacturer.
