You can run X11 applications on Qtopia by installing X/Qt. http://www.users.on.net/~hluc/myZaurus/jumbo/xqtjumbo.html

The C1000 can run most applications available for older models as well. It is shipped and runs with the same applications as the C3000 and C3100.
