Overview of specifications for the Sharp SL-C1000
- CPU
* Intel XScale PXA270 416MHz
- ROM
* 128MB flash rom (same circuit board as C3000 but fitted with more memory). Partitioning :

* 64MB
- Card Slots
* SD card slot (possibly SDIO if someone develops a driver) * CF card slot * internal CF slot circuitry is not populated, so turning a C1000 into a C3000 would require a bunch of components and a bit of soldering.

* USB 2.0 but 1.1 transfer speed - slave and host (the latter needs a special cable - one sold by iRiver for PMP models works)
