Overview of specifications for the Sharp SL-C1000

• CPU

  * Intel XScale PXA270 416MHz

• ROM

  * 128MB flash rom (same circuit board as C3000 but fitted with more memory). Partitioning :
     * 64 MB : /
     * 64 MB : /home

• RAM

  * 64MB

• Card Slots

  * SD card slot (possibly SDIO if someone develops a driver)
  * CF card slot
  * internal CF slot circuitry is not populated, so turning a C1000 into a C3000 would require a bunch of components and a bit of soldering.
