Overview of specifications for the Sharp SL-C3000

  * Intel XScale PXA270 416MHz
  • ROM 
  * 16MB? Boot Flash in NAND
  * Unlike 860 it relies on the hard drive for mass non-volatile storage
  • RAM 
  * 64MB
  • Hard Disk 
  * Internal CF-like socket fitted with 4GB Hitachi microdrive
  • Card Slots 
  * SD card slot (SDIO)
  * CF card slot
  • Communications 
  * USB OTG 1.1 - slave and host (the latter needs USB Mini-A host cable)
  * IOPORT - the same connector as older models, but no USB, pins could provide less current, first series may have only JTAG there
