Use your SD card rather than the CF card as the zgcc location. Putting it on your CF card will have funcky results when you suspend your Z (I know, it's happened to me). The other good part is you don't have to edit any settings if it's on your SD card.

note: a complaint of "Qt/Embedded data directory is not owned by user 0" means simply that you should not be root, but the normal zaurus user.
