  1. cancel
  2. System Check
  3. Erase all / Format (all data will be lost!) must plug in to AC adapter
  4. flash/update

4th is for ROM flashing, gives for options

  1. USB
  2. CF
  3. SD
  4.  ???

After selecting one, some models show a Japanese yes/no dialog.
