Keyboards and Mice
These devices should use a common driver and should work with the Z.
MP3 Players
| Device | Status |
| Creative MuVo | These are actually USB mass storage devices and can easily be used as a USB disk. |
| Creative Nomad Nomad Jukebox | The libnjb project created a userspace library that can transfer files and access other features of these devices under Linux. They can probably be used on the Z too. |
| Creative Zen line | Most of these are usable with the libnjb library, except for some which are rebranded MuVo's, and would appear as mass storage devices. |
Digital Cameras
Some cameras may be mass storage devices, and can be used easily. Others may be supported by the userspace gphoto2 library.
Scanners
the SANE library supports a wide variety of scanners, it should work if compiled for the Z.
External CD-Roms, DVD-roms and hard disks
These are typically mass storage devices.
External CD and DVD recorders
See the cdrecord package for CDs, for DVDs, the dvd+rw-tools should work. These are userspace packages.
