KDEPIMPI

These pim packages are based on the kdepim apps from the KDE desktop and have been adapted with the aim of being platform independent (PI). The authors zautrix and ulf have brought the project to the stage where it is possible to run the apps under windows, on linux desktops,from a usb stick or memory card and of course on the Zs using the Sharp roms. It has also been ported to the OPIE roms and to pdaxrom. The Sharp rom versions also work on the ARCHOS PMA 430 with minor repackaging of the ipks.

The usb stick version can be run using Windows or Linux desktops from a usb stick, a memory card or even a hard drive directory on the desktop.

zautrix and ulf have a website (link to be placed later) with documentation and they have a Sourceforge project page (link to be placed later) from which the source, rpm or ipk files may be downloaded.
