Just got a 5500. Some folks clearly put a lot of effort into this site, so thanks.
If I may suggest, something that seems seriously missing is a discussion of how to choose between the various ROM options available. I'd like to know what features I'm choosing in a particular ROM that aren't available in the others (and vice-versa). Even more important, I'd like to know how this will affect my choice of software. There don't appear to be separate software repositories for each, but there do appear to be different file formats. Will most Zaurus software run on all three? If there is a significant difference in software for each platform, how do I determine whether something I'd like to run (emacs, say) will run on a given ROM?
