Zaurus C7x0 Alternatives To tKc Applications
TKc's policy to charge the full price to Zaurus owners who wish to
update their SL5xxx software to C7xx versions has prompted this list of
alternative applications. It would seem that little change is required by tKc to make existing SL5xxx versions run on C7xx and that newer 5xxx versions wont work on C7xx at all.
Included are SL5xxx versions that run proficiently on the new platforms.
I'd like to thank everybody for their emails and posts on this subject and I will be adding their additional info in due course.

Lordavon added this amazing yet simple suggestion to the zaurusdev board:
"To make Portrait only app's run in landscape (where possible) just hold your stylus down on the programs icon and unselect the "Display with magnified screen" option. This will add the entry into the .desktop file. If you need to remove one of the settings, just edit it out afterwards"
