AFAIK there is a fairly active Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1774620199505688/), a not-so-active Reddit sub (https://www.reddit.com/r/CosmoCommunicator/) and a discord group (https://discordapp.com/invite/DdF9CYP).

Not sure if there are any others. This and the FB group seem to be the most active.

At XDA Developers there's currently a Gemini forum. For the Cosmo Communicator (not to be confused with the O2 XDA Cosmo) I can currently only find a help thread, but, as of now, no dedicated forum. I suppose there will be one eventually.

I'd hope so, because this this is utterly hateful: the date format is much harder to parse than most -- you need to put some effort into it -- and cannot be changed, and whoever ibilio are, they're bloody useless at managing servers (didn't they host Groklaw, back in the day?).  It is currently 0923 in the UK, but the time at the bottom of this page is showing 0930.  Various machines in the cluster serving this forum have various offsets from real time, and one of them has what looks to be an utterly bogus timezone configured.  This isn't rocket science, and it really doesn't give me confidence that things like passwords are being handled correctly.
