is that possible to install pdaxrom to sl-5600 at this time? or in the future...

It's already done.  Check www.pdaxrom.org .  Click on the download link on the left hand side and there is a rom option for the 5x00 series

It's not very usable...

Where I look it says 5500 and 5000d so I assume there is no PDAXROM for the 5600

you know, honestly, I thought it said that it was 5600...  It might still work.  Wait for someone more knowledgable to respond..
