I installed kismet package from feed on a freshly installed C760 running pdaXrom 1.1.0r121 but it did not work out of the box ... here is what I did to get it working:
# I added the kismet user bacause kismet will not run as root and changed accordingly the kismet server config file /usr/etc/kismet.conf
# I atted
[ "$TERM" = "rxvt" ] && TERM=xterm
to the start script "/usr/bin/kismet" because I had trouble using it with rxvt and xterm had a fonts issue I have not yet solved
# I uncommented the
simpleborders=true
directive in /usr/etc/kismet_ui.conf because apparently there is an issue with the sharp zaurii
This way the standard kismet client works bothe from the text console and from rxvt.
