Sorry, I didn't make myself clear, the Cacko beta1 ROm is what I'm talking about, I've got it installed on the C3k, but as I mentioned the Ambicom WL1100 rev 2.2 doesn't work and it lacks WPA. Just wondering when we can expect an update?

No, you made yourself clear, but what you didn't do is ask your question in the correct thread.  This thread is specific to the 1000 cacko rom.  Try your question in the 3000 thread.

Both ROM versions are related to a arge extent. As soon as I have a testing version of the C1000 ROM, Andy will recieve a build root, so that he can update C3000 Rom as well. I'm planning to keep both versions in synch as much as possible.

I have some great news - I was able to make hostap drivers working with the C1000 ROM! This means that WPA will be working and old socket WiFi card is working too.  Also, the new Socket card might be working too - I need to build and test the driver.


Also, the problem with non-specific ESSID is fixed too!
